Caleb Ewan (Lotto Soudal) has won from a bunch sprint on Stage 7 of the 104th Giro d’Italia, from Notaresco to Termoli, 181km. Davide Cimolai (Israel Start-Up Nation) and Tim Merlier (Alpecin-Fenix) finished second and third, respectively.

Attila Valter (Groupama – FDJ) retains the Maglia Rosa and leads the general classification.
